Mango Ice Cream (raw, vegan)

Quick 2-ingredient ice cream without ice cream maker

Preparation time: 5 mins + 3 hours freezing time
Main ingredients: banana, mango
difficulty level: easy
serves: 1-2
suitable for: vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free, nut-free, paleo, raw food, and delicious "even so"

May i present to you this tropical mango ice cream bowl. So this is breakfast. In bed. Wrapped in a blanket because i'm always freezing whenever i eat ice cream, haha!


3 bananas, peeled, chopped and frozen
1/2 to 1 mango, chopped and frozen
a splash of water to get the blender going

fresh strawberries or other fruit to garnish

- a high-speed blender or food processor (NO NEED FOR AN ICE CREAM MAKER!)


Add your frozen banana pieces to a blending machine (high-speed blender or food processor) and blend. Add frozen mango pieces, and blend until creamy smooth. 

Using a spatula, spoon or ice cream scoop, scoop your Mango Ice Cream into a dessert bowl, garnish with fresh strawberries and enjoy:)

I don't know about you, but the taste of MANGO + STAWBERRIES = SUMMER!

Another thing that screams summer to me is being in the sun with my friends. Here is me (the blonde one with the striped dress) with two of my best friends, L. and K., celebrating K.'s birthday with breakfast, flowers and the most beautiful weather! Love you girls x

Also: only one day until my boyfriend comes home from his 3 week vacation in Tanzania! Can't wait :)
