Good morning, beautiful!

Today i'd like to share one of my absolute favourite breakfast creations with you - that i came up with spontaneously a while ago! This is extremely delicious and satisfying, perfect to fuel you for doing homework or working out afterwards!

Oh, and i snuck in a bag of green tea (that i just ripped open) for antioxidants. You wouldn't even have guessed there's something green in there, would you? :)

1 apple
1 pear
handful of dried dates
about 2-3 tbsp oats *

Chocolate Mylk
2 bananas
1 sneaky bag of green tea (optional)
1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

1 banana, sliced
Shredded coconut

* Note: the oats themselves are not raw, however the method is raw since i am not cooking them! Feel free to sub for buckwheat or shredded coconut or chopped nuts to make this oatmeal recipe fully raw!

Pulse your apple, pear, dates and oats in a blender until it forms a soft, crumbly muesli texture. (You could also add some seeds or raisins or crushed nuts to this.)

For the chocolate "mylk" combine 2 bananas along with cacao powder, green tea and cinnamon in the blender, add plant milk or water to your liking and blend until it forms a thick fluid.

Pour the "mylk" all over your muesli and finish it off with banana slices, walnuts, almonds, shredded coconut and a pinch of cinnamon.

Note: You could also fill this into a huge jar (mine holds 1 liter!) with a screw-cap and take it to school, university or work! In the pictures below, i topped it off with vegan dark chocolate shavings instead of nuts and it was super duper delicious!
