Chocolate Buckwheat Porridge (raw, vegan & gluten-free)

suitable for: vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free, nut-free, raw food, and delicious "even so"

Ingredients
2-3 ripe bananas (1-2 mashed, 1 sliced)
around 50g buckwheat flakes (or shred)
1 tsp raw de-oiled cacao powder
some water or dairy-free milk

Mash the bananas with your buckwheat, mix in the cacao powder and dash it with some water or milk. I'm using warm water in this one, but my favourite is unsweetened almond milk! Let soak for a minute, stir, and top with banana slices. Enjoy!
