[yes, i am proud to say that i have been doing this daily Sun Salutation yoga unit for one month now, and i'm absolutely loving it! I do this every morning right after getting up, and so far it is honestly the most effective way for me to shake off sleepiness in the mornings. it's a very short, but powerful practice that will stretch out your body's core muscles, improve your flexibility and posture, and overall make you feel more awake and vitalized. in a nutshell: it's awesome :)]

[myay, i managed to super-surprise my mum two weeks ago! so i pretended to call for some household advice - mainly to make sure i wasn't showing up at the wrong time -, walked up to my parent's house with this little flower pot up there and rang the door whilst talking to my mum on the phone. when she went to get the door and saw me standing in front of the house it was the most hilarious moment ever :) i love surprises]

28. Send Christmas cards to friends and family []
