1 can full fat coconut milk, refrigerated overnight *
1/8 tsp vanilla powder OR ½ tsp vanilla extract OR seeds from ½ vanilla bean
1 tsp agave syrup OR 1/8 tsp stevia OR 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
To make the whipped cream: Right before serving CAREFULLY take out coconut milk from the fridge. Spoon off the thick fat from the top - this is your cream. Put what you spooned out into a mixing bowl, add the sugar and beat until thick and fluffy! Spoon onto your ice cream and voilà! You got yourself some whipped cream.
* for a 100% raw version you can blend young Thai coconut meat with coconut oil and let it set in the fridge until firm!
